KAIS’ BEACH HOUSE
Kai’s Breach House (a funky, mainly wooden house, has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms)
2 Rooms upstairs – The Red Room & The Blue Room.
The Garden Room which stands alone at back of garden.
It is situated on the west side / sunset side of Gilli Island and is a 15 min walk or 8 min bike ride away from the other side of the island were most of the bars/ restaurants are.
It’s only a 4 min walk to the right to the next bungalows with a restaurant & a 1 min walk to the left.
Horse carts are available all day & in the evening too.
Breakfast is included in price.
Lunch & dinner can be ordered at Kai’s Beach house for a 50,000Rp preparation fee per meal, plus cost of the food.

There is a small plunge pool & small garden back & front. Kai’s Beach House also has its own little beach right out the front.
As it’s on the reef, the water goes out for half the day, so is only possible to sail to the house at high tide.
The house has full staff including cook, gardener / pool man, manager & night security.
Rooms have strong fans (as not enough electricity for air cons or hair dryers!), large beds with best quality bed linen. Also features fully equipped kitchen with fridge
Kai’s Beach House can be rented out as a 2 bedroom house or 3 bedroom house (not a 1 bedroom)

Regular Rate
2 bedrooms upstairs 170 ($85.00 per night per room)
3 bedrooms 210 ($70.00 per night per room)
High Season
2 bedrooms upstairs 190 ($95.00 per night per room)
3 bedrooms 240 ($80.00 per night per room)
High Season is June, July & August PLUS 15 December to 15 January
